About Feeling and Sensing Qi and Kundalini Energy
by Dr. D. Wong, Ph.D.

The following is a description of some body feelings that are caused by Kundalini and Qi energies cultivated by practicing Kundalini and Qi Gong under God.
Yang Feelings
Qi energies can sometimes be felt as a warm or hot feeling. A person may also feel as though the energies are moving around and near a person’s body. Some perspiration may be felt while feeling warm. These feelings can be called Yang feelings.
Yang feelings indicate that the Qi energies are helping a person’s body to heal and strengthen over time.
Yin Feelings
Qi energy effects can also be felt as a cool feeling that is more still. Sometimes, a person can feel a little weaker rather than fully strong and a person can also have a little perspiration feeling. These can be called Yin feelings.
Cool Yin feelings can indicate a need to take some additional rest or nap during the current day when it is possible.
During periods of Yang feeling as well as periods of no feeling, the Qi energies are working to help the body to heal and strengthen. This extra healing and strengthening means extra metabolic work. The body sometimes needs periods to rest from doing such extra metabolic work.
Cool Yin feelings indicate that the Qi energy effects are being reduced for a short period as the body should receive rest from doing extra metabolic work for healing and strengthening. During cool Yin feelings, reducing physical activities including taking some additional rest or nap is helpful.
When feeling cool Yin feelings, a person can also put on an additional piece of warm clothing on a person’s upper body to help restore normal neutral to warm feeling.
At night, the Kundalini energy can sometimes be felt as a tingling energy running up a person’s spine. At the same time, a person may feel some Yin feelings and a little weaker when awakening from sleep. Sometimes, these Yin feelings can occur if a person has not slept well the previous night and needs a little more rest during this night. Usually, these Yin feelings subside substantially when a person becomes fully awakened from sleep.
As a person’s Kundalini energy level is boosted higher with practice and with empowerments over time, a person generally experiences more periods of Yang feelings and fewer periods of Yin feelings.
Combined feeling of Yang and Yin
Sometimes both warm Yang and cool Yin feelings are felt simultaneously.
Both Yin and Yang feelings should be interpreted as helpful indicators that Qi healing energies are actively working over time to help the practitioner to have improved health.
Sounds
Having increased Qi energy can cause a characteristic high-pitched sound to be heard. It can seem like a high-pitched ring or hissing sound in a person’s ears. It is harmless and does not generally interfere with hearing outside sounds.
Visual Auras
Some spiritually-aware people are able to see visual auras around people.
They may see some visual aura effects when seeing Kundalini and Qi Gong under God taught or practiced or when practicing themselves in front of mirror.
It usually takes a period of time studying spirituality before a student would see such visual aura effects and only some people see these effects. In contrast, body feelings of Kundalini and Qi can be usually be felt soon after beginning practice of Kundalini and Qi Gong under God.
Rather than describe the specific appearance of visual aura effects, Dr. Wong prefers to allow students to individually notice and describe the details of what they see if they experience such visual aura effects.
