Improved immune system function for improved health protection is a commonly-experienced effect of consistently practicing Kundalini and Qi Gong under God.

After a few months or longer of practicing Kundalini and Qi Gong under God with daily empowerments from the meditation videos, most students can notice a somewhat improved response if he/she experiences a cold or flu infection.

 

After one year of practice with daily empowerments from the meditation videos, most students will notice substantially reduced symptoms including reduced fever and reduced congestion if he/she experiences a cold or flu infection. 

 

Also, the number of days of infection until the student feels better will often be substantially shorter (30% to 50% reduction) than before beginning this practice.

 

There are many cold and flu viruses, and these viruses vary in how severe the symptoms are for people.  Especially, people notice that some flu viruses last longer than other flu viruses. 

 

Therefore, student can notice improved immune response compared when he/she had a virus of similar severity before. 

 

If the student has an infection from a more severe flu virus after one year of practice, then the student might not notice that the flu infection is shorter in days compared to before.  Most often, the flu symptoms will still be somewhat milder.
