Common Effect: Increased Sexual Vitality

Increased sexual vitality is a commonly-experienced effect of consistently practicing Kundalini and Qi Gong under God.

Two categories of people will generally not experience this effect or will experience this effect more mildly:

Children: This effect is substantially less strong for a child that is below the age of puberty or until he or she is aware of his/her own sexuality. There is some effect. Children who become aware of this effect may benefit from receiving some verbal explanation.

Some elderly people who start from frail health and other people who start with weaker health.
Elderly Qi Gong under God students who begin this practice starting from frail health and other Qi Gong under God students who start with weaker health will usually not experience this effect of increased sexual vitality. If the overall health of such practitioners is able to improve substantially over time, then this effect may start to become noticeable.

For other people that consistently practice Kundalini and Qi Gong under God, increased sexual vitality is a commonly-experienced effect.
Sex drive is not only related to a person’s hormone levels. Sex drive is also related to a person’s Qi energy level. A normal Qi energy level helps to energize a person’s genital region.

People sometimes describe an energy feeling that is related to having sex activity. Informally, people may state that they feel “low on energy” when they feel somewhat drained of energy. This feeling can start from having had sufficient to more than sufficient sexual activities in preceding days or weeks.
​
This feeling of being “low on energy” is basically a description of a feeling caused by having lower than normal Qi energy level.
This “low on energy” feeling happens often to men after having more sex than usual. Sexual activity uses up some Qi energy, especially for men.

Energy empowerments from practicing Kundalini and Qi Gong under God with viewing of the Kundalini and Qi Gong under God meditation videos will greatly increase a person’s Kundalini energy level. The high Kundalini energy level also quickly recharges Qi energy in a plentiful manner. This higher-than-average Qi energy level means the “low on energy” issue for sex is no longer present.

Higher levels of Kundalini and Qi energies and improving meditative ability causes these effects to naturally happen.

The sexual sensations continue to become more intense due to meditative ability until the Qi Gong under God student is able to meditate on his/her own with very stable focus (deeper Samadhi). The process of learning and practicing meditation can often take 7 to 10 years for a Kundalini and Qi Gong under God student to reach very stable focus (deeper Samadhi) when practicing with the meditation videos each day.

A Qi Gong under God student that can meditate with very stable focus typically feels that his/her physical sex drive is at a nice healthy level but is not greatly increased. Sexual sensations during sex become much more intense, but physical sex drive for experienced students remains at a healthy reasonable level (rather than going too high to be beneficial.)

An added incentive or temptation for some Qi Gong under God students is due to enhanced sensations of sex described earlier.

If a Qi Gong under God student has over-indulged in sex, the student’s actions probably were probably not caused by overly strong feelings of physical sex drive. The student’s actions were instead probably caused by non-optimal thinking patterns.

Qi Gong under God students should strive to continue to live a balanced healthy life.
​
This includes continuing to give proper attention to your responsibilities in life including professional responsibilities and family and other responsibilities.

Please avoid questionable ideas about sex.
Bad ideas need to be recognized and then avoided.

It is definitely bad to practice or plan to practice Kundalini and Qi Gong under God with a goal of recharging Kundalini and Qi energies easily in order to enable intentionally living a life of questionable sexual morality.
This is a potential concern for some people who are not in a committed relationship.
One potential problem is thinking about or straying into promiscuity.
A related potential problem is becoming interested in being a seducer of many people.
Other sex and thinking problems can also occur.

Good clear thinking is needed.
Be responsible and ethical.
